Mr. Ayer specializes in estate planning and elder law. During his 35 years of experience, he has handled hundreds of probates, trusts and related litigation. He is also experienced in trust administration, charitable remainder trusts and conservatorships. He has been a guest on more than 25 radio talk shows answering questions about estate planning. Mr. Ayer is an adjunct professor of business law at his alma mater, Point Loma Nazarene University. His nonlegal activities include private flying, scuba diving and professional photography.
